Good friends of ours recommended Carlee to us after finding their new home on the Island a couple of months ago. And from the start we could not have been happier with that recommendation. My wife and I chose Carlee to represent us in the sale of our townhouse and purchase of our new family home, and we are both very glad that we did! We decided to buy a property in Nanaimo on fairly short notice without much prior knowledge of the area. Carlee took us on a tour of different neighbourhoods explaining the pro and contra of each one. Once we settled on an area and a price range, she identified a suitable property immediately and arranged a showing the next day. That same evening our offer was accepted. The whole process was very smooth and only got confused by a bank-appointed appraiser who did not do his job as required.
